Over the past several years, Frank was retained for national speaking engagements for his unique insight into the FDA's regulation of tobacco.

Gustavo "Gus" Sardiña, Esq. is, first and foremost, a business lawyer and counselor who takes a commonsense approach to advising clients on their present goals without losing sight of each client's long term best interests.

Gus also has considerable experience assisting clients with a number of different business matters including drafting and negotiating various contracts including commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, joint venture and partnership agreements, corporate operating agreements, licensing agreements, assignments, covenants not to compete, non-disclosure agreements, work-for-hire agreements, and related matters.
Prior to re-joining H New Media Law in 2018, and after more than a decade of practicing law, Gus served as the Director of Leasing, Tenant Relations and Acquisitions, as well as In-House Counsel for a local real estate investment and management firm holding and/or managing approximately 1,000,000 square feet of grocery anchored retail properties throughout Florida.
Elissa Noyes was licensed in Georgia in 2022 and spends her time assisting clients with worldwide trademark and FDA matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Elissa was a health care professional with HCA. She was first an E.R. nurse in one of HCA's busiest emergency rooms and then became the Administrator for Emergency Services for several facilities. Elissa received a Masters in Business Administration in 2014. She is well versed in healthcare law and legal matters relating to hospital administration.
